1 box lowfat brownie mix (Betty Crocker)
2 c. All Bran Cereal
2 1/2 c. water

1 t. baking soda
1 t. almond flavoring (I use more)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bran cereal and water together and let stand 5 minutes. Add the brownie mix, soda and almond flavoring. Stir and put in muffin tins. Bake according to directions on brownie box.

(Someone gave this to me from a Weight Watchers meeting. They are only 1 "point" and so good. I keep these on hand almost all the time and sometimes have 2 of them with coffee for breakfast. They are great to have on hand because they have so much fiber and they fill you up. They are also somewhat sweet, but not too sweet so they make a great snack or a nice "on the go" thing to grab when in a hurry.)
