2 lbs. cubed round steak
8 thin slices onion
2 cans "Golden Mushroom Soup"
Salt and pepper to taste
Enough flour to roll steak in
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in flour and brown in skillet. Place steak in baking dish. Put onion rings on top of steak. Mix mushroom soup with water according to directions on can. Bake 2 1/4 hours at 350º. Can also put in crockpot
