1 packet of vanilla or buttercup cake mix
1 cup disicated coconut
125g melted butter
250g sour cream
425 g can apples

Directions:
Mix cake mix, coconut and margarine together. Spread over greased slice tin. Mix together sour cream and canned apples. Spread over base and dust with cinnamon. Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes
