1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cold water
assorted vegetables cauliflower pieces,green pepper rings, sweet potato or onions-peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients in med. bowl. Stir in beaten eggs and water. Batter is very thick.
In wok pan, heat 1-2 c. vegetable oil to 375 º.
Dip prepared vegetables in batter and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper toweling. Serve immediately with tempura dipping sauce.
