1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Flavorings: anchovy paste, tomato paste, curry powder, minced fresh herbs, finely grated horseradish, paprika
Salt and pepper
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Garnish stuffed eggs as desired. Arrange on a lettuce-lined plate.
Stuffed eggs make a very good light supper dish or can be served as part of a buffet meal. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
