1 shot balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 clove garlic (crushed)

Dissolve honey in mix. Saute garlic in a bit of olive oil, add mix and cook down.

I love this over a nice NY Strip with some mushrooms... Delicious!!! Add an 1/8tsp of crushed red pepper to give it some zip. Might want to add a pinch of flour or cornstarch to thicken.
