5-6 oz. boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
One slice Swiss cheese per chicken breast
One slice lean ham (Virginia Ham works well) per chicken breast
Italian Bread Crumbs
Egg(s), beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts with flat side of meat mallet until thin but not falling apart.
Lay slice of cheese and slice of ham on top of flattened chicken breast.
Roll up, being careful to contain cheese and ham inside breast.
Dip chicken breast in beaten eggs and roll until completely covered.
Dip egg-coated chicken breast into Italian bread crumbs and roll until completely covered.
Spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
May wrap in plastic wrap and freeze at this point or bake immediately.
Place on parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until browned and juices of chicken run clear.
