1/2 chopped onion
4 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped jalapeņo pepper
6 sprigs cilantro, chopped small
1 lemon
1/2 t. salt
Corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped veg and cilantro. Add salt. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over mixture. Stir. Chill. Cut tortillas in wedges. Deep fat fry. Salt to taste.
