4 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c hot water
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c powder sugar
1/2 c butter
Salted peanuts, crushed....about 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 yolks with 1 tsp vanilla and 1 c sugar til thick, light and fluffy. Add 1/2 c hot water, 1 c flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add 2 beaten egg whites, fold in. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º, 20-30 minutes.

Frosting: Combine 2 c powdered sugar and 1/2 c melted butter. Frost cake, press in crushed salted peanuts.

Start by baking for 20 minutes and bake for additional minutes if needed. If you bake it too long it will be dry. Cake is like a sponge cake. I don't know why it's called mocha cake because there is not any chocolate in it.
