3 medium green peppers, cut in half
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 cup rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peppers in boiling water to soften. Brown meat and onion, drain. Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 can tomato sauce, oregano, and Wocestershire sauce. Bring to boil; cover, simmer till rice is tender, add small amount water if needed. Salt and pepper to taste. Place peppers in baking dish, fill. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake covered at 350º for 20 minutes; uncover, bake 10-15 minutes. Top with shredded cheese (optional).
