Cake:
1 box orange supreme cake mix,
1 package coconut cream pudding mix,
1 cup oil,
4 eggs well beaten,
10 oz. Mountain Dew
Topping:
1 20oz can crushed pineapple,
1 cup sugar,
1 T. corn starch
1/2 stick butter
2 cups coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, coconut pudding, oil, eggs, and Mountain Dew together and bake in 3 layers or 9x 13 pan at 350º for 30 minutes. While cooling
combine pineapple, sugar, cornstarch in saucepan. Cook till thick and add butter and coconut. Let cool and frost cooled cake.
