8 pts corn cut from cob
3 T sugar
4 level t salt
1/2 c sweet cream
Directions:
Directions:
Boil 20 mins. Spread in shallow pan & put in oven; stir often. When dry enough, pour into sacks & hang behind stove to dry.
Corn doesn't need to be soaked before cooking.
