5 heaping T flour
1 c milk
2 lbs powdered sugar
2 cubes margarine or 1 c shortening
1 T vanilla or other flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cook flour and milk over med heat, beating, until it comes to a boil.
Turn on low heat and stir until it forms a ball.
Put on lid and let cool until cold.
Sift powdered sugar in large mixing bowl. Add margarine and vanilla. Beat until consistency of whipped cream (stiff). If too thick, add more margarine; if too thin, add more powdered sugar.
