1/4 c. orange juice
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. Thyme leaves - divided
2 pounds salmon fillets
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. McCormick Smoked Paprika spice (or other brand)
1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp. orange peel - grated
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix orange juice, 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tsp thyme in small bowl. Place salmon in large glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min or longer for extra flavour.

Mix sugar, smoked paprika, cinnamon, orange peel, remaining thyme and sea salt in small bowl. Remove salmon from marinade. Place in greased foil-lined baking pan. Discard any remaining marinade. Rub top of salmon evenly with smoked paprika mixture.

Roast salmon in preheated 400º oven 10 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
