1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:
1-3oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 13X9X2" pan. Beat sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Cool completely before frosting.
For frosting beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Frost banana bars and enjoy!
