Ingredients:  
1/2 cup to 1 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, onions and green pepper.
1/4 cup butter
3 cans of chicken broth or cubes to make equal amount
1 1/2 quarts water
1 can beer, room temperature mixed with 2 tablespoons corn starch
2 - 15 oz jars of cheese whiz
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 lb grated cheddar cheese

Sauté vegetables in butter. Add chicken broth and water. Simmer 15 minutes; add cornstarch/beer mixture and cheeses. Reheat to boiling and serve.
