1 lb. ground beef
2 T. salad oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 t. pepper
1 3-oz. can Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in 2 T. oil. Add onions, celery, and soups. Add water and rice, soy sauce and pepper. Turn into large, slightly-greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking another 30 minutes. Cover with noodles and bake 10-15 minutes.
