1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1TBL. Dijon-style mustard
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 ground ginger
1" chicken cubes or raw shrimp
Vegetables of choice: green pepper, zucchini, yellow summer squash, onions, tomato, etc.

If using wooden skewers soak for 15 minutes in water pan. Combine first 6 ingredients. Thread meat and vegetables on skewers, brush with sauce and grill until meat is done.

I microwave firm vegetables before threading them on skewers.
