3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mixer on high speed for 3 minutes. Add sugar and continue to mix. Add water and vanilla. Add by sifting, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix at medium speed. Pour into greased 10x15" jelly roll pan. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes.
Loosen edges and turn out of pan immediately onto tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll until cool.
Prepare lemon pudding or other jelly filling. Unroll and spread filling and roll up carefully.
