2 c. sliced carrots
2 T. butter
1/4 t. caraway seed
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 soup can milk
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 lb. polish sausage cut in 1/2" slices

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle, combine carrots, butter, and caraway seeds. Cook over low heat until carrots are crisp-tender (about 5 minutes). Add soup, milk, water, cabbage, and sausage. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until cabbage is done, about 15 minutes.

Other options: Add finely chopped onion and celery. Chunk the head of cabbage instead of shredding, then cook on low in a crock pot all day.
