1 cup powdered sugar 4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil 1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup margarine 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugars, oil, margarine and eggs. Mix flour, soda, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla, and add to the first mixture. Chill several hours of over night. Form into hickory nut size balls and place on a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Flaten with the bottom of a glass dipped in white or colored sugar. Bake at 375º for 10 min. Makes 7 doz.
