1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 carton Cool Whip
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice, then add pineapple, nuts and coconut. Fold in cool whip and put into either a graham cracker crust or a one crust pie shell. Chill for several hours.

This makes a very thick pie----you could use a 10 inch pie shell if you like a thinner pie.
