1 1/2 c coarsely cut chive
1/3 c coarsely cut parsley
1/3 c thyme
1/3 c coarsely chopped chadon beni(cilantro can be substituted)
4 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp water, substitute 1 tbsp vinegar for 1 of water if keeping longer than 1 week.

Put all ingredients in food processor and process until very fine. Refrigerate and use within a week. If keeping longer than a week use 1tbsp vinegar in place of 1 tbsp of water.

Great seasoning on just about anything. Great even on sautéed fresh green beans! Good on light flavored fish(sea trout, talapia).
