3 egg whites
1 t cream of tartar
1 c sugar
18 soda crackers
1/2 c walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and cream of tartar.
Fold in crumbled soda crackers and walnuts gently.
Pour into a buttered pie pan.
Bake 30 min. at 325º.
