6 oz. spaghetti;
2 Tbsp. butter;
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese;
2 well-beaten eggs;
1 lb. ground beef;
1 cup cottage cheese;
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese;
1/2 cup chopped onion;
1/4 cup chopped green onion;
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped;
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste;
Pinch salt, pepper and sugar;
1 tsp. oregano;
1/2 tsp. garlic salt.

Cook spaghetti with salt and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and then eggs. Form mixture into "crust" in buttered pie plate. Brown beef, onion and pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in onion, pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly. Spread cottage cheese on "crust." Fill pie with tomato mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
