2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º, 10 to 12 minutes

Sift flour and baking powder together.
Work butter and cream cheese into creamy mixture. Add sugar, beat until light and fluffy.

Add egg, lemon juice and peel, beat thoroughly until smooth, chill 30 minutes.

Use star plate in spritz press, force out 2" ribbons in S shape onto cold, ungreased sheet.

Bake and remove from sheet gently, cook on a rack
