1 tart apple, cut up
1 medium head cabbage, red or green, cut fine
2 T. grated Onion
1/2 tsp caraway seed
Mix together.
Dressing:
2 T. Bacon grease
1 T flour blended into bacon grease
Add 2 T white vinegar and
1 cup water, blend together.
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture. Serve hot. Serves 6-8
