4 cups flour
2 Tbs baking powder
3-4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
8 Tbs butter, cold and cut into small pieces
1 1/2-2 cups heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Sift dry ingredients, add butter and mix to a consistency of "peas". Add heavy cream. Mix with a fork very gently. Place onto well floured working surface and knead enough more flour to be able to get it to stick together. Roll out and cut biscuits out with a cutter. Brush with butter and bake til golden brown.
