2 lb. carrots
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 to 1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can condensed tomato soup
few drops hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice carrots; cook in boiling salted water 5-10 minutes until just crispy. Drain and cool. Chop very fine onion and green pepper. Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and tomato soup. Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper. Refrigerate 2-3 days before serving.
