Flour to dust pan
1 pk (18.25 oz) plain yellow cake mix
1 pk (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
1 cup half & half
1 cup butter
4 lg eggs
1 t vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Spray and dust tube pan. Put cake mix, pudding mix, half & half, softened butter & eggs in a large mixing bowl. Blend for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down sides of bowl. Blend on medium speed for 2 more minutes. Stir in vanilla. Batter should be well blended. Pour into cake pan and bake in preheated oven at 325º for 58 to 60 minutes til golden brown and done. Cool for 20 minutes, run a table knife around the edges and invert to remove from pan. Invert again so that cake is right side up.
