1 can condensed milk
1 can milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon corn starch

For sugar caramel:
1 cup sugar
a bit water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300º F
2. Make a sugar caramel sauce by heating sugar and a bit of water over high heat
3. Butter a pudding pan with a hole in the center
4. Line it with a bit of the caramel sauce
5. Beat the eggs, add the sifted corn starch, the condensed milk and the milk
6. Place in the pan lined with caramel sauce, and place in the oven in a water bath for about 2 hours
