1 head lettuce, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
1 1/2 grated cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon fried crisp
4 hard boiled eggs sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first 3 ingredients. Spread mixed mayonnaise and sugar on top. Add peas. Layer sliced eggs. Sprinkle cheese over the eggs. Crumble the bacon over the cheese. Enjoy!
