1 LB boneless skinless chicken breast
1 12 OZ can green chilies
2 garlic cloves
1 12 oz can enchilada sauce
1 28 oz can Tomatillos
1 4 oz can jalapeños
1 4 oz can green chilies diced
1 4 oz can black olives diced
12 oz Fat- free cream cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
2 medium onions shopped
1 PKG Corn Tortillas

Combine 1/2 the chopped onion, 1 jalapeño, 2 cloves garlic cloves, 1 LB chicken breast, place in water bring to a boil. boil 10 minutes or until chicken is completely white. Let cool and shred chicken

Sauce:
Drain tomatillos and place in blender combine with can of enchilada sauce, add chili powder and or cumin to taste.

Heat tortillas on high in microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to soften. Dip in enchilada sauce. Fill tortillas wit green chilies, olives onions, cream cheese and chicken. Roll tortillas place in a pan and sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Place in Pre-Heated 350º oven.
Cook till warmed through
