2 pkgs frozen spinach
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
2 t lemon juice
garlic powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat spinach in microwave until thawed. Drain off all liquid. Mix together melted butter, softened cream cheese, garlic powder and lemon juice. Mix with spinach and place in greased casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and Parmesan.
Bake @ 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
