2 cups self-rising meal
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 t salt
2 cups buttermilk
1 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together, then add buttermilk. Blend.
Pour oil in loaf pan. Heat in oven until oil is hot. Add batter to pan and bake for 1 hour.
