1 medium onion, chopped
4 T butter
2 (10 oz) cans Cream of Potato soup, undiluted
3 1/2 cups milk
1/4 t ground red pepper
1 1/2 lbs frozen raw shrimp - thawed
1 small container sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in potato soup, milk and pepper. Stir over medium heat until well blended. Add shrimp, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink. Stir in sour cream, corn and cheese. Continue simmering and stirring until everything is melted, blended and hot.
