Directions:
In a medium size sauce pan heat olive oil and add 3 eggs into the pan, keeping them separated. Sprinkle some of the seasoned salt and add some of the cheese. After the bottom has cooked a little, flip it over one by one making sure they are separate. Place one thinly sliced piece of meat on top with a small amount of seasoned salt on it. Turn the eggs and meat again so that the meat is on the bottom and let it cook... once the meat and the eggs are done move them onto a plate for a minute. Place the two slices of bread on the pan with all the left over pieces of eggs and oil and let it toast on both sides. while the two slices are toasting, place the eggs with the cooked meat on one slice of bread and then place the other on top.. let it toast for a few seconds on both sides again to get all the flavor of the eggs and meat. Cut in half and serve while hot.
