1 cup uncooked grits
4 cups water
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
8 ounces Velveeta Mexican (mild) cheese, cubed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 breakfast sausage patties, cooked and cut into
bite-sized pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil the water and cook the grits over low heat for 5 - 7 minutes or until done. Stir in beaten eggs quickly to keep them from cooking. Add milk, sausage, cheese and garlic powder. Stir until cheese is melted.
Pour in greased 9' x 13" casserole dish and bake
for about 30 minutes - until heated through.
