2 tubes (8count ea) refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 c salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
2 pkgs (8oz ea) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope ranch - style dressing
3/4 c chopped green pepper
3/4 c chopped green onion
3/4 c diced tomato
3/4 c chopped broccoli
3/4 c chopped carrots
3/4 c chopped cauliflower
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Cover bottom of 11X17 baking (jelly roll) pan with the crescent roll dough - patting and stretching to fit sealing seams. Bake in 350º oven for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly browned. In large mixing bowl, combing salad dressing, sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Spread over cooled crust in pan. Combine vegetables and shredded cheese, tossing to mix and spread evenly over cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and push vegetables into cheese mixture. Refrigerate covered with foil or plastic wrap for 3-4 hours.
