1 can Hormel Tender Chunk Ham (drained and
chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened cream cheese and Miracle Whip together. Add all other ingredients, except the pecans, and mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
Roll into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
Serve with crackers.

You can add more parsley flakes to the chopped pecans - or use only parsley flakes to roll the ball in.
This can be frozen.
