Rolled Pork Roast,1/2 c. sliced carrot, 1/2 cup spinach, 1 clove garlic,4 tbsp. butter , pepper, 1/2 cup sliced onion,salt, 1 can 8 oz. chicken broth,1 cup white wine, 1 cup sliced mushrooms,

Directions:
Directions:
Fill center of rolled roast with carrot and spinach, place it in a glass 9x13 baking dish, pour chicken broth and white wine around roast. Add mushrooms and onions. Insert slits on top of roast put garlic in the slits. Put tbsp. of butter on top of roast with salt and pepper. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours.
