2 pkg. Chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
1/2 c Canola oil
1/2 c sugar or sugar substitute
1/3 c white wine vinegar
16 oz. pkg. shredded coleslaw mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges drained and diced
1 (8 0z.) can water chestnuts, diced
1 small bunch green onions, chopped
1 c coarsely chopped salted cashews

Directions:

Place noodles (without seasoning pack) in a bowl of very warm water to cover noodles; let stand until noodles are soft.Drain and separate, or chop them up a bit. Blend together oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packet until well mixed. I large bowl, toss together noodles, coleslaw mix, orange pieces, water chestnuts and onions. Drizzle oil mixture over noodle mix and toss until well coated.Chill at least 3-4 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cashews just before serving.
