2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
6 oz. package of chocolate chips
1 c. flaked coconut
2 c. cornflakes

Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet very well, or use parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine first three ingredients. Add confectioners sugar and beat until stiff, not dry. Fold in the last three ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto the cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes.
