Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Two equally great variations of this cake: Substitute chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding (with or without the nuts) for a delicious chocolate cake. To create chocolate glaze, use 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1 T. butter, 1 1/2 T. hot water and 1 C. confectioner's sugar. Substitute lemon cake mix and lemon pudding and use lemon juice instead of water in glaze for a lemon cake that can be used for brunch or dessert.
