1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
6 or 8 Ritz crackers, crushed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup Capt. Rodney's Pepper Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onion together.
Grease or spray quiche dish or 8" x 8" dish. Pour mayonnaise and cheese mixture in. Top with crushed Ritz. Bake for about 15 minutes - or until hot and bubbly.
Top with crumbled bacon and Capt. Rodney's.
Serve with crackers.
