3 slices bacon
675 g (1 ½ lb) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 T water
½ C chopped onions
1/3 C calorie wise Rancher’s choice dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon for 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp, turning frequently.
2. Drain bacon on paper towels.
3. Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole or 10x4 inch dish.
4. Add water & microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
5. Meanwhile add onions to (bacon) skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
6. Stir in dressing.
7. Drain asparagus; top with sauce and crumbled bacon.
