2 CUPS WARM WATER
2 PKGS. DRY YEAST
1 TBS. SALT
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP OIL
6 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1/3 CUP HONEY
1/3 CUP BUTTERMILK

Directions:
Directions:
Stir yeast in warm water, set aside .combine salt,sugar and oil. To this mixture add half the flour. Next add the yeast mixture honey and buttermilk. Mix and add the rest of the flour.make a ball and let rise until double in size. Get fryer hot. Pinch off in small balls,drop into hot oil(about 5 minutes or until light and fluffy, Serve with butter.( if you like LBBQ rolls you'll love these.)
