3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. whipping cream

Microwave directions: In a 2-qt. casserole combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Microwave on high, stirring with a whisk every 2 min. until mixture come to a full boil (5 1/2 to 6 1/2 min.). Cool 5 min. Stir in whipping cream. Serve warm.
Conventional directions: In a 2-qt. saucepan combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally, until mixtures come to a full boil (5 to 8 min.), Cool 5 min. Stir in whipping cream.

Variations:
Praline sauce: While still warm, stir 1/2 c. toasted pecan halves in 3/4 c. sauce.
Chocolate sauce: While still warm, stir 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/4 tsp. vanilla in 3/4 cup.
