1 small pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pineapple juice. Chill until firm. Whip until light and foamy. Mash cream cheese; add to pineapple and fold mixture into gelatin. Fold in cream. Chill until firm.
