Pistachio Cake Recipe

CAKE
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
5 eggs

FROSTING:
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. of milk
1 small container of Cool Whip or 1/2 pint of heavy cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, oil, water and milk.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each one.
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan. Cool thoroughly.

FROSTING:
Prepare 1 package pistachio instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk.
Fold in 1 small container of Cool Whip or whipped heavy cream.
